This dataset contains over 320,000 cells belonging to at least 91 unique cell types or states isolated from the epithelial layer and laminia propria of the distal small intestine of C57BL6 mice. All mice were derived from the same commercial provider (Jackson Laboratories) and the same breeding room. This data set is included in our recent bioRxiv preprint.
